About Us

The registered managers, Lynn and Sally are fully qualified registered general nurses, with a background in district / community nursing.

Both have been living in and serving the Kettering / Corby community for several years. The Hartomol Healthcare team is made up of friendly and local staff, all of which are insured and fully trained with relevant qualifications and experience to suit the various needs of our clients. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission regulatory body; and we are fully compliant with all the regulations within this.

Our trained nurses can provide all types of wound care including; post-operative dressing changes, packing, clip / stitch removal. Pressure ulcer prevention and management including advice, support, preventative measures; if there is an ulcer we can provide appropriate recommended dressings and care for the wound as required following guidelines. Leg wounds / ulceration- new or ongoing. Minor trauma wound care. All wounds we can assess, cleanse and dress using aseptic sterile technique using appropriate dressings as often as needed. All following recommended tissue viability guidelines. Often the discomfort of your wound, the pain, wound leakage means that leaving your home can be a big task; so we provide all wound care within the comfort of your own home to help relieve some anxieties of having to travel with your wound. This may include taking your blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation level, respiratory rate, temperature, blood glucose, urine analysis / testing etc; all using PAT tested recommended equipment such as manual sphygmomanometer for more accurate blood pressure results and a pulse-oximeter, thermometer and glucometer, all carried out within a more relaxed environment for you in your own home.
